Design & Consultancy

Our team of industry experts understand the design process from beginning to end. From product specification documents to tenders, we work closely with our clients in order to align our understanding with that of our client’s requirements. In the end, what our team is able to produce for our clients is a well-documented turn-key design that serves as a strong point of reference for all future project phases. Our experience in working with clients spans from end-users to consultants, main contractors, MEP contractors and even interior designers.

Project Management

Before a single aspect of any project is started, there should be clear lines of expectation and end results. This is why before starting with any project execution phase, the team at Charlesaaron will produce a project report to reflect timelines, deliverables, and tasks that will be required to complete the project. This report would be updated on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, and upon completing of all previously outlined tasks, a handover document is presented to the client along with a walkthrough of all the features included with the installed systems. We’ll even take the time to train clients on how to go about using the systems we’ve installed.

Our Annual Maintenance Program (AMP) aims at continuously adding value to our service by giving all of our clients access to remote support, troubleshooting services, on-site support, preventative maintenance, as well as software upgrades that will ensure any installed system is always up to date.
